1.1 Below are the rules that apply to all competitions and prize draws (“Competitions”) that appear on our service or are offered by huunuu.
1.2 In addition to these rules there may be special terms & conditions which are relevant to individual Competitions, these will appear as a link on the relevant Competition.
1.3 Competitions are open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of huunuu, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Competition.
1.4 Competitions are free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
1.5 Competition entries must be submitted via our website or app and only one entry per person is permitted.
1.6 We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
1.7 Prizes which are awarded through a participant’s entry into a prize draw or competition are awarded randomly through a computer process or a panel of judges respectively. Once a participant has been notified that he or she has been awarded a prize, details of how to claim the prize will be provided.
1.8 Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability an alternative prize of similar value and specification will be substituted.
1.9 Prizes images are merely an indication and may not exactly represent the prize offer.
1.10 Winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the draw or decision.
1.11 It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address held by us are valid and correct.
1.12 We reserve the right to provide a cash alternative for any prize. You will not have the right to require payment of the cash alternative unless we agree otherwise. The cash value of each prize will be available for each competition, but will not be made available in our site terms and conditions.
1.13 Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of each draw or decision unless otherwise stated. If you have not claimed the prize within this time your prize will be void. Void prizes may be redrawn and offered to another entrant or offered in another competition.
1.14 For each Competition we will set out on the site the final date for entry into each Competition or the number of entries we will accept before closing. This information will be available for each prize but will not be made available in our site terms and conditions.
1.15 No warranty as to the quality or suitability of any prize is offered.
1.16 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
1.17 All decisions of huunuu are final in relation to any Competition. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend any Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
1.19 Competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
2.1 To be entered into the exhibition submit your artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org by Saturday 7th November.
2.2 Entry into the exhibition requires a payment of £5 per piece of artwork submitted.
2.3 A maximum of 5 pieces can be submitted to the exhibition per person.
2.4 To be eligible to exhibit artists must provide a written statement to accompany their artwork.
2.5 Artists have the right to include, at the end of their statement, details to a link or website in order to promote or sell their work.
2.6 Art work will be accepted in the following mediums: painting, sculpture, collage, street art and photography.
2.7 You must own all rights to your artwork and be the sole creator or part of a collaboration.
2.8 You will retain all rights to your artwork but allow huunuu to use your images in publicity.
2.9 The exhibition will be hosted on huunuu.com/art-and-death
2.10 Entry to the exhibition makes your submission eligible to the Competition.
2.11 The competition element is ancillary to the exhibition.
2.12 All entries to the exhibition will be judged across three areas and three winners will be chosen.
2.13 One winner will be selected by gallery viewers who will vote for their favourite submission which will determine the winner of ‘The people’s choice’.
2.14 Voting will be live from Saturday 14th November until Saturday 28th November.
2.15 Two winners will be selected by the huunuu team judging panel for the most inspiring piece and the most likely to create a conversation piece.
2.16 The winners will be announced by Monday 14th December on social media and by the email address used when submitting artwork to the exhibition.
2.17 Winners will be asked, via email, to provide their full name and postal address.
2.18 If a winner does not reply within 14 days with their full name and postal address then huunuu reserves the right to select second place as the winner.
